Chocolate Tasting in Cologne

Chocolate Tasting – A Vital Part of Any Educational Institution

¬†Disclosure – I travelled to Cologne as a guest of Eurostar Explorer. Double disclosure…I am off to get my hands on some chocolate as soon as I’ve pressed publish…

What a gorgeous view from that chocolate factory! You caught me with the simple headline – can’t resist a chocolate post :)

Like Shannon, I saw the headline and beelined over to this post.

OMG chocolate! OMG.

I just tried making some honey-lime chocolate truffles. Good news is they tasted pretty good. Bad news is they wouldn’t harden so now they are frozen trufflesque chocolates.
