Bogotá
Just over thirty hours ago, I left Colombia. It was a long journey, the sort that stretches time between its fingers like an elastic band in a school child’s playtime game.
I’m home now and sifting through the photographs, the notes and the memories of a week that changed my opinion about a country. And while I’m off doing that and dancing the tango with jetlag, I thought I’d leave you with these photos of Colombia above the clouds.
They’re taken from a flight that left Bogotà and headed north towards the coast. There’s a mysterious stone building in the bottom left area of the last photograph – and I can’t work out what it is.
So, if any of you know the answer then please let me know!
I don’t need anything else keeping me awake at night ;)

Disclosure: I travelled to Colombia as a guest of ProExport

What fun pics! Love the city skyline as seen from so far away in the first one.
I love it too. It looks as though I’ve applied a tilt effect but it’s the natural result from the shadow of the clouds.
