Today I moved house. And as I clamber over cardboard boxes in search of tea bags and a kettle (thank you friendly neighbour,) scramble around in the dust in search of a wifi code and and then at some point in the future more sensibly beat a pathway to my bed, I can’t help but think that this chap I met in the Maldives may have had the brighter idea.
On second thoughts, my limbs have just informed me that if I even think about making them carry anything else today then they’re going to go on strike. They also point out that I’ll get rather cold if all I have to wear is one small shell.
Ah well. It was a nice idea – and only marginally less successful than trying to fit the wardrobe up the stairs. Back to the boxes…

I wish you much happiness in your new house. Have a wonderful Christmas and a fabulous New Year!!
Thank you – that message is really appreciated.
Enjoy your new home, Christmas, and the New year!
The same to you Alvina – and to you Darlene!
