Albufeira at Night
Portugal’s Albufeira has both the blessing and the curse of a smooth sandy beach, striking white houses and good weather.
The charm’s still there but it mingles with flashing signs for curry ‘n’ chips and Full English Breakfasts. That much didn’t surprise me, but I did smile to see that the local church had stepped up its game in order to keep up and stand out.

Great picture. Just moving along with the times I suppose.
These night images are wonderfully captured.Too bad about the signs but it’s about tourism these days.

I find it a bit of a shame to ‘ruin’ that beautiful building with some neon lights.
But it does attract attention…
