PS - I know I ought to update the gravatars so that we don't all look like monsters all the time...but I'm starting to grow fond of them ;)

Thanks - I certainly have a lot more flexibility with this site - and I think it's easier to navigate.

The first 80% of moving it over was pretty easy - now it's just figuring out those last little bits and updating the odd photo and link.

I'll write a post on it soon - there are some great blogs out there to help it run as smoothly as possible.

(PS - If you're not worried about keeping previous links or page rank or anything like that then it's even easier.)

I look forward to your Shanghai trip - it's been a long while since I was there as well!

I really like the new look! I've thought about changing up mine as well, but it seems intimidating... was it hard?

by the way, I'm going to postpone pandas for another time... it's going to be shanghai instead!
