Beautiful photos! I havent been to Istanbul since the 80′s, but remember it being one of the most beautiful, amazing cities in the world.
I have to agree with you there!
Hey Abi,
“Eline saglik!” (health to your hand), as they say in these parts. As a photography buff myself, I was very impressed by your work. Is the mosque in the last photo the Yeni Cami? The spectrum of colors that you captured in that photo — black to deep purple to violet — is amazing.
Thanks again for a great bunch of photos.

Yes, I think it is. Thank you for your kind words!
Wow wow wow….these images are simply amazing! I love them all…and no matter how hard I try, cant pick a favorite! Awesome!
Hey Abi,
Beautiful pictures! You should come back in spring; when Bosphorus is covered with pinkish erguvan (judas tree) flowers and streets are decorated with tulips.
The last mosque is the Fatih Mosque above the Golden Horn.
Oh, I would absolutely love to come back for every single season! Thank you for the kind words – and the explanatory ones.
